Grape Nuts and Astronaut Ice Cream - what strange powers these two seemingly unrelated foodstuffs have. I have tried both many times and I know full-well that I like neither. Yet, somehow every couple of years I get the urge to eat one or the other. I think to myself "I must be remembering wrong, that is certainly a very delicious product". This is followed by the quest for, purchase of and inevitable disappointment in, one of said victuals.

Fortunately I have my girlfriend now instructed to prevent me from falling victim to my faulty memory. She has thwarted more than a few Grape Nut riddled debacles.
