OK, so I've a moment to breathe now that the craft fairs are over. Now all I have to do is put Christmas together, followed immediately by Christmas 2: In-Law Boogaloo. Then when that's over we can get to organizing the Northampton Roller Derby League. That should only take a few months of non-stop work.

I am sorry to all the good people who I've hurt in my protracted absence. I know you've all been made fools of by writing letters to your Mothers and elected representatives telling evocative tales of this clever, auburn-haired character who throws high-quality parties and creates oddly compelling cartoons, only to have the would be fans come to check me out and find nothing but a tired, world weary husk. Please accept my deepest condolences at your loss of face.

So at any rate, we had a good time at both craft fairs. Ours went pretty well for a first stab. We met and slightly exceeded our expectations. The Bazaar in Boston yesterday was a whilrwind of independent capitalism. We met lots of people, sold some stuff and learned some things. Many, many thanks to my friends alyk, JoshXXX, Smuffy and xcomptonx for coming out to the fairs and supporting our endeavors. Special appreciation to Odyne for stopping by and saying hello at the Bazaar.

Having just gone through two of these things, I must comment on an odd example of human behavior we saw on more than a few occasions. At both shows we had numerous people who would come to the table and upon seeing some item of our creation, exclaim something akin to "OH MY GOD!!! This is the greatest (thing) ever! I can't believe how cool this is! And so reasonably priced too! If I do not have this, I must surely die!", only to walk off without buying anything. Two (2) separate women told my girlfriend that the aprons she makes were the "best things at the Bazaar", but then didn't buy any. I don't get it.

I guess that's all I have for now. I am tired, tired with all of my body, including my pee-pee. I hope my friends don't think any less of me.

Thank you

Those aprons were one of maybe two things I really wanted to buy, but I didn't end up getting anything because I am way tight on cash. Does she sell them online? I have a friend who collects aprons, so she may want one.

c. bring reading material to occupy several hours
