Yes, very much so! Jxxx and Axxxx would totally be interested, too. The city that Jxxx and I come from (St Clair Shores) is officially know as Hockeytown, USA, despite what the Red Wings would have you believe about the city of Detroit. Let me know what you find out.

Well, maybe it would be more trouble than its worth. My girl is going to be out of town for the next three weekends it turns out, so no time is really good for us. The roller derby/Pietasters weekend does sound interesting. Nothing like a little derby, ska, and large gourds to make a weekend complete.

On a completely different topic. Are familiar with Katamari Damacy? I have good idea for a costume but I'm afraid the reference will be far too obscure for most people to get.

I think the Amina thread in Tattoo has been one of the more constructive and well-argued (if fractious) threads we've seen - possibly in the whole of SG. And I think, however differently people feel about the subject - you've more than played your part.

If only more threads managed to keep out the hysterical mob element the way that one (well, almost) did.

On Monday I hit a rock with my lawnmower. It bent the blade and rendered it useless. I removed the blade and took it to my basement. There I stuck it in the vice and straightened it. While I was at it, I sharpened it as well. When I was done I put it back on the mower and finished the lawn.

it fels weird, like a phantom limb almost. I think mostly because it was in a place that I used it every day. Now I'm finding myself try to hook the bottom ball on my lip while thinking or trying to use it to scratch the roof of my mouth... And while I agree with most everything you've said about Godzilla (fuck Mothra), I have to say my favorite is Godzilla vs. King Kong.

It's too bad your book aquiring method wouldn't work, the bookstores for my school just aren't set up for that. frown I'll keep it in mind though. Just in case I ever need it. Also I'm too overwhelmed by the dining halls to eat in them on a regular basis. Is that weird?
