I just spat a mouthful of breakfast against a wall. It seems that in my constant state of nasal congestion not only does foot get caught as as I inhale, but I don't have enough saliva to swallow it thanks to all the mouth-breathing. This is quickly overshadowed by the sudden urge to vomit - I dry heave from the food stuck in my throat as I run to the bathroom and spit my breakfast into the toilet, followed by having to blow my nose - it comes out bloody, the capillaries finally pleading no contest to me constantly blowing my nose. Once that's all over I return to my morning meal and resort to downing each mouthful with a big drink of water, taking my breakfast like I take all my pills: Demazin, Nurofen, Antibiotics, all downed with a gulp of Lemsip.
