as you all know ive not been v active here for a long time work is very time consuming!
the restaurant is looking really good. i'll be taking pictures as soon as its worth taking photos of... still lots of saw dust everywhere!!
Just finished recruiting staff, taking a long time but we got there. we start getting people in for training on the 5th of October and with everything going ahead as planned hopefully we'll be open by the 3rd week in October, rough date is the 19th

I find it really weird that some big things have happened in my life lately but ive been so caught up in work that i havent really digested the information yet...
