hey all.

Exactly one week ago, I was given the opertunity to become a co-founder/co-manager of a brand spanking new restaurant. my exact words were "fuck yea". So the way everything works is that there is an empty shell of a restaurant and kitchen and my mate Will and I are to design, set up, decorate, install, hire, train and open pretty much by ourselves - by the start of October! *tightening of the rectum starts* safe to say im excited and shitting myself at the same time.
The theme we;re going to go for is a contemporary modern bar and grill. big focus on cocktails and wines. our customer focus is pretty much every body appart from neddy gadjy bastards. We are providing what top end restaurants provide execpt at a reasonable price which affordable for everyone.

Sadly this will require all of my time and I will be very inactive here and the rest of the web. I may pop on every so often but Im going to have to give all my time to this so that it works. we have a small time scale and a whole lot to do in it so if you need me leave me a message or a comment.
