NBA superstar Alonzo Mourning plays the role of Lt. Thad Smaller, a 7-foot basketball player that retires after finding out that Abraham Lincoln was assassinated in 1865. He soon finds his calling in detectivism, becoming a detective. He becomes such a good detective that all crime has stopped in his neighborhood of Neighborhoodingtonville Squaremalltown. But soon he finds out something dark....very dark...so dark that its dark...
Looking through historybooks after waking up in a sweat thinking about how Abraham Lincoln was assassinated, he began looking up info on other presidents...presidents that were ASSASSINATED! He throws the book in disgust and rage that somebody could kill someone that makes $200,000 a year. After sitting and masturbating into the sleeve of his favorite sweater, he begins to ponder about making a time machine in his closet...so he can go back in time AND CHANGE HISTORY AND SAVE AMERICAN PRESIDENTS FROM AMERICAN ASSASSINS!
Fast forward 5 months and the time machine is complete. Lt. Thad Smaller is ready to travel back in time to stop crime. Historical crime. His first stop: Ford's Theater in April 1865. But before he goes, he realized he needs back up. So he grabs his wise cracking talking cat, Chester Littleface. Chester provides much needed comic relief in Thad's life. He's a jive talking cat that doesn't take no for an answer! As they both hop in the time machine in Thad's closet, they begin to think they gotten themselves way over their heads on this. But it's already too late.
