This pic is of a punk kid who ripped off one of my uncle's gas stations twice. Cherokee County Superior court was not impressed with this kids attitude, so on top of restitution and court fees and community service, he had to walk the street infront of the store like this. This is one of the busiest(sic) intersections in the county.
