Ooooookay. I suppose it's time for an update.

My boyfriend got me addicted to xbox. I never thought it would happen...
We got the xbox like a month ago from a friend of his for fifty bucks with controllers and a couple games. I have never been into video games, it really just isn't my thing. I would usually rather read a good book than anything else (other than visit my good friends on SG of course)
So, he decided that I needed a good game, and that was the reason I didn't play anything. We went to the thrift store looking at used games, and he told me I should get one called 'Fable', that he thought I would really like it.
Well, I guess there's a good reason we've been dating over two years happily, because I can't stop playing that game!!! It's so addicting. I'm sitting here now, thinnking of what I need to do next on there.
Funny I know.
So, if you ever need a game to get hooked on, try that one.

In other news, Philsbury Ultimate Muffins, rock my world, try them. I like the Caramel Apple Struesel, but they've got a few kinds. They aren't hard to make, and are really fucking good. Go buy them.

So, I got a new roommate. We had been talking about it for a while. We have a four bedroom house, me and my bf use the master bedroom, his brother and his brother use the other biggest room, one room is set up with our computers and the snakes and litter boxes for the cats, and the other room has been storage/guest room/his daughter's room when she comes to visit. So we decided that it would definitely behove us to get a roommate. Someone else paying bills is always a plus..
We've been looking around for a while, and one of the hostesses where I work came up and asked if I still had the room because she's looking for a temporary (like thre or four months) place. I said sure, come and look.
To make a long story less-boring, she came over, liked it, and moved in. She's from Russia, for one, and her reason for moving out of the apartment she's at was "I hate Russians... they drink too much." Cracks me up.
We really get along. It's freaking awesome. We stay up late at night watching movies, talking... this is definitely a good thing. I'm really glad she moved in. It's nice to have someone to keep me company while my bf is sleeping, and I know that it's nice for her to know someone in a foreign country where she doesn't know that many people and everything is strange. My boyfriend's cat, has adopted her. She follows her around, and sleeps with her. It's so cute
Getting a roommate was the best idea we've ever had.

So, Halloween is right around the corner, I need costume ideas. Anyone...? I was thinking I would be a witch, but that might be too much irony It would be cute though. I could do the sexy witch thing really well.
Oooo, and I got a really cute Halloween coffee cup. It's blue on the outside, neon green on the inside, the handle is purple black and orange stripes, and it has black cats and stars all over. I miss my digital camera

We got one of our puppies a bark collar... She goes crazy at the neighbors, and we don't want people to be scared of our dogs, for one, or annoyed by them, and it's really just excessive barking. Dori only barks when you talk to her or play with her, so we decided to get a bark collar for Shelly. I kinda feel bad about it, but it works really well. Every once in a while we hear a bark then a yelp, and she goes back and sits in her spot and leaves the neighbors alone.
So, mission accomplished.

We finally finished our gardening, and have gotten thre compliments on it from our neighbors already. I can't wait till my irises and tulips bloom, and in the spring we're planting roses
