Can't sleep. ptttthhhbbb
I keep laying there, thinking of all the shit that needs to get done, and I can't get to it all. So every day that I can't accomplish everything that needs to be done, I lay in bed, thinking... Whoever said 'No rest for the weary', can kiss my ass. So, I sat and wrote a poem about it. Took me five minutes, so be as harsh as ya like.

I'm gonna go... lay in bed... or something.




Laying awake and dreaming in bed
Thoughts running circles deep in my head
Too much to do with such slight motivation
Is that a pause in my step, too much hesitation
Is it too much to ask for just one night of sleep
I'm so sick and tired of counting those sheep
Why can't all these thoughts just leave me to be
It takes so much damn effort just being me
Staying up late to over analyze again
Just trying to rest wears me utterly thin
