Not much going on in my world lately, but it was time for an update.
I did a little gardening, planted some Bleeding Hearts in one of the front gardens with my best friend. They've only been there a week, and they're growing like crazy! The weather is perfect right now. My Irises aren't blooming yet, but the look like they will soon. They've been spreading like crazy, so my friend and I split them and she took some with her. Somehow, it didn't even make a dent when she took 20 home with her. I'll be anxious to see everything in bloom this year.
I've had a bunch of good tips at work lately, and a bunch of great compliments. I've had quite a few people tell me in the past month that they only come now because I'm there, and when I leave, they won't be coming back.
It makes me happy to know that people really appreciate me, not just the fact that I'm there and so they have someone to bring them a drink, but that they come to see me specifically. Makes me feel loved
I told them to tell my managers, ha ha. I really love my regulars, they're who I'm going to miss when I move a couple years from now.
My second job starts up soon, and thank the Gods, because I need money like crazy. There just doesn't seem to be enough of it these days, everything is spread a little bit too thin. *sigh* It happens.
The fish tank is still doing well, we're working on filling it with fish and keeping the 250 gallons of water clear and happy, but over all it still looks awesome.
I'm still really sad that Ourboros died, and the empty tank just makes it that much more there. I'm happy all my other snakes are happy and healthy, and I'm just trying to stick with that. Eventually, maybe another two years of looking later, I'll probably get another Carpet. But, not yet.
...and that's about it. My life is completely uninteresting, I know.
