I think my pet turtle has imprinted on me...the other night it followed my finger expectantly...and last week it seemed to see my face right into my eyes...

i've never really owned a pet of my own before so it is all rather strange...not to sound to tree huggery but nature truly is amazing...

they say water turtles can live as long as you do...if not longer...can you imagine that? long after i'm gone this turtle will probably still be alive...
