wha the heck happened to everything!? it's so pretty! kudos to whoeve…
and bananas is a good source for that, well last night while unable to sleep i tried looking for one and found none...
luckily my father keeps a jar of centrum in the medicine cabinet, but when i thought about this it was already 330, oh well...
so, if you are having trouble sleeping, it is probably because your body is craving potassium...
the solution is one or two bananas...now if you are like most people out there who don't like bananas (wierdos), a centrum will probably help...
anyways...
i slept (thank god!)...now for a nap....
