finally felt like making something to eat at home, rather than eating out or making a quick sandwich.

Made some of my home made spaghetti sauce and just wish I could have cooked it longer.. time is one ingredient that can't be rushed. It is good enough that I could eat it without the pasta. Leftovers will be great.. heated up with some warm buttered bread..mmmm

I was going to make some stuffed green peppers but I was hungry for the spaghetti. I think I am going to make some Tzatziki... but I am a garlic lover and it usually ends up on the spicy side. A couple people will not eat it because it is to spicy. Strange, I never thought that a dish with cucumbers would be spicy. Oh well... more for me. Now I just need to find someplace that makes some good pita bread. When I was stationed in Spain, there was this little Greek restaurant, and they had this "special" pita bread that was seasoned with a light coating of oil oil and some seasoning. Oh it was great. Oh some tenderloin steaks that are grilled and the tzatziki sauce.

I have to stop or i will go get the steaks at 3am...
