5 days since the shoulder surgery.... So far the recovery has been better than I expected. A few nights have been painful beyond what the pain pills have been able to help with. Thankfully, I tried "yoga breathing" and that helped get the pain under control long enough for me to get back to sleep. Going in on Monday morning to get the bandage removed and possibly getting the sutures removed. Also, going to find out exactly what he found in my shoulder.
I know the bone spur was pretty big and was causing some problems and he sealed the bone so it would not come back. He did mention ( I think), he wanted to handle the pinched nerve in my neck next. That is were alot of the nerve pain is from. ... I wonder what that will want to do for that? well he is a surgeon so probably another surgery... it will be worth it again... but I will request stronger medications next time.

Hope u feel better soon. I might need knee sugery down the road that I am not looking forward to.
