I did something to my knee this morning and now its 7 hours later and I still can't put weight on it unless I have it locked straight and then I hobble!

um, that doesn't sound like anything's wrong with it at all. I don't think any sort of medical attention is needed whatsoever......

I have a dr appt with an ortho doc in the morning. No swelling, no discoloration, no range of motion issues. Still feels better than my right knee did before the surgery.
