Crap... just lost a blog about my Dad.... I like my new laptop and it even has a webcam built into it but I hate the fact that if I touch the track pad just the right way it will jump back a page.

It sucks that I lost the blog about it so I will rewrite it again. mad

Lazy day at home

Going to see Season of the Witch tonight. Hope its good.

New phone is working great ... still getting used to the touch screen and looking for a protectve case. Going to the mall on Saturday to get a screen protector and look at the cases.

Had trouble finding a case myself that looked like an "adult" would want to put it up to his face (too many bright colors or cheap plastics). My former colleague had a black one of these on his iphone one day and I asked him where he got it. Touchscreen Skin
I picked it up in the solid brown, which I think looks like a classic baseball glove. I've been using it for the last few months and I'm very pleased so far. It's good enough quality where I can keep moving it in and out of my pants pocket and so far no frayed edges of scuff marks. I "wears nice" too, just like a god pair of shoes.
Take a gander - you can order it for many different touchscreen devices. Took me about a half hour to put on.

Got my new phone... got to get used to the touch screen and I am looking for a case to help protect it.

The SG site comes up nice...compaired to my old phone.... bigger screen and all the touch features on the screen!

Rain results from the county I live in....

They are estimating the damages caused by the heavy rains we had may exceed $10 million. On city had about $750K in damages, mostly to washed out roads. Another area had about 1 million, and the list goes on.

The road crews are still working to get the dirt and stuff washed on the roads back off...
