I took an extremely rare sick day today from work. I'm not sick with a cold or anything. It's just that kinda general run down feeling...more psychological than anything else really. I just couldn't be a part of the rat race today. Do any of you ever get like this?

Enjoy your time off, I haven't had some really quality time off in awhile. though I'm the type that needs to step back frequently and relax away from everybody and everything. Good luck I'm wishing you well in your 'me' time.
