Well, a migraine has caused me a sleepless day as much as I tried. I got up and went out, bought a couple new CD's and 2 books, one to help me with my guitar and another for cooking. All my good cookbooks are at home so I figured it would be nice to cook something for myself since I have been eating the ships food for the last month. I was thinking along the lines of pasta and I have a craving for something with a zing so I am going to do a little research and see what I can come up with. I am listening to a pretty good CD righ tnow "The Fray", good lyrics and love the piano and vocals so I am going to enjoy it hopefully. The less I move the less my heads seems to throb.. maybe I can find a chair to type in that wont move and I will be all good. lol that or I am doomed to be in pain today. Never know with these migraines, they love to sneak up on me and destroy me slowly until the next day. But anyway that is just the way it goes sometimes.

That song "Over my Head (Cable Car)" is great! It makes me cry often when i am in an emotional mood. But there is also a small backstory to it. But they are great.
