sad times have befallen. my parents have beared me the unfortunate news that they have to sell the house which means we have to move back into a small apartment probably somewhere in queens. which i guess isn't that bad but we just got used to the comfort of having our own house with a lot of space. on top of that my mom is going through a minor depression because she is alone in our big house with practically no company except for when my little brother comes back from school and when my dad gets back from work at 11pm. but to top things off , we found out from my family back in ecuador that my grandpa (my mom's dad) has kidney cancer and he's doing really badly. in other words, he's in his last phases all of this has been so sudden and unexpected nobody knows how to really take it all in. and as for me, im being swamped with all this paperwork that i need to fill out and hand in for next semester. so if you were to ask how i'm doing? i'd say, i could be better.
