yesterday was the first day of real work for me in a while. the store is getting ready to open saturday, and we are cruising along. found out i will be at the store for opening day, although it's a split shift. show up for the opening ceremony, take a few hours off, then come back for the late shift & closing. many of my co-workers seemed, well, a little odd, but what can you expect for working in a computer store? at any rate, i've got a job for now and i am excited to get started.

I think I'm going to fall asleep face down in my food tonight. It's not much of a goal admittedly, but sometimes I aim low just so I can accomplish a short term goal once in a while.

until today, i was just knitting random patterns. i've decided to make a baby hat as it will be fast, easy, and i know a baby whose head could use a hat.
you say 'odd' like it's a bad thing. odd=interesting?
