Just bought tickets for Matrix Revolutions tomorrow. I hope the trailers didn't spoil it and show all the best parts. Looks like it should meet expectations.
saw some good stuff last night for ani-monday. metropolis did a beautiful job of blending computer and cell animation--some of the best work i've seen yet. going to have to rent the original now to compare the stories. the original might be more influential than I realize. it had a lot of familiar themes in the story, like a combination of blade runner, ai, and citizen kane.

About the girl I like! I found out, she appreciates well put together cars. (Her best friend has a nice Prelude - and have you seen the pics of the 240SX I bought?). Also she LOVES anime, esp. Inu Yasha, (I have a bootleg movie dubbed as well as subbed in Chinese and subbed in English, so since she grew up bilingual Chinese/English it will be a treat when I loan it to her... She also wants to see Mononoke (which I ALSO have on DVD). And she says that she and her brother both love talking to me. As I love talking to them. If nothing else I have a really great friend.
