monday monday...
started a weekly event "ani-monday" in an effort to entertain my friends and satisfy my need to watch anime. this week's features are the first episode of the "outlaw star" tv series and the feature "grave of the fireflies" it's supposed to be tragic, emotional and intense. hopefully it won't depress everyone. at least it's a chance to showcase anime sans the usual sci-fi, mecha, fantasy, schoolhouse themes. last week's feature "perfect blue" delivered in that regard. might have to go out after the movie to lift our spirits. or start reading "foundation" hmm . . . decisions, decisions
