Last weekend was pretty amazing. I dropped everything at the last minute and decided to drive up to Stratford with my good friend Chad. We decided to check out the amazing Dayna Manning and Emm Gryner at Tango Cafe. The music was great, the vibe was great. A great night altogether.
It's fun to do spontaneous stuff evry now and then. It spices up your life and shakes things up. Wish I could show pics from the event but, it's so complicated getting pics posted up. If anyone has the time/patience...I welcome your help!
Fruit is so very good for you. I've been on a fruit binge for the past 3 or 4 weeks. Blackberries, Mangos, Blueberries, Bananas, plums, Strawberries, Kiwi..mmm mmm But last night I threw in a Gelato Fresco "Devil's Chocolate" ice cream for good measure. You gotta balance the good with the bad.
