I don't go out very often, we like planet home. But sometimes the urge happens and it is time to go and eat out, and generally it is super duper we have a few restaurants that know us and create some really innovative vegetarian courses.
My father is an excellent chef, especially French cuisine and I was really spoiled growing up. We had the best meals in town, tried almost any flavour and combination. Jo-Anne is just as good and on most meals she out cooks anyone, our friends really enjoy visiting because Jo-Anne go's all out. So when I go out for dinner I expect something extra special, something I can't get at home. Shew was I disappointed.
Last night I had the worst meal of my entire life, for the life of me I can't figure out how someone could mess up a frikkin garlic roll, was more oil than roll I really could not understand it. To make matters worse they had almost no vegetarian options on the menu, all I could have was a salad so there I order a pear and gorgonzola salad can't mess that up, frikkin canned pears. I am finding it difficult to swear "canned frikkin pears". I was too scared to order desert and coffee, may have induced a heart attack.
We also asked for some vegetarian options from the so called chef, and you wont frikkin believe this, this is what I get told "You can order any meal and then take the bacon out then it would be vegetarian" Some people really don't have a clue.
We live in country with so much fresh fruit and vegetables and I have to have canned frikken pears probably grown in China, "I had frikkin communist pears". Well we won't be going back there.
