Wow, this is a shock.
I remember I used to come to SG girls for at least a year before I became a member, I was also in awe of the celebrities that he got to chat too. He had the gift of seemingly knowing the right questions to ask, in order to get the most entertaining and natural answers.
I would say that he was 'underrated' in the respect that I never saw his work in any major publications, but then I'm not an American so I don't know... but in saying that, he is easily the best regular interviewer that I've ever had the chance to talk to.
Just a few weeks ago I was talking to him about the idea of doing a few interviews for a new site of mine, he was obviously my first choice.
Thanks for entertaining me with your interviews for hours... and my thoughts are with your family and friends.

That pretty much sums it up, he was very approachable, and only offered support for him doing some interviews for me, on my coming site... nice, genuine guy...
