So I tried Xanax to help with the flight. I think it helped a little but I still feel nervous. Too bad they don't prescribe Vallium anymore. Works better I hear. But hey-Im going to do this. I haven't flown much at all since I developed this damned fear. I'm sick of it! It all started because I was on a plane that hit a bird, yes, it hit a poor bird. Looked up the train to where I'm going-27 hours-fuck that! I've got to try flying. I never used to be scared but then I developed this weird phobia. Otherwise, nothing new.
