OK I haven't slept or kept any solid food down in 3 days. I keep waking up thinking I'm hearing phone calls or someone crying then running around like a mad man trying to see what has happened only to be told no your imagining it its nothing. I didn't go in to work last night I rang and told them I wasn't going in. I'm going to shave then get a shower then have some breakfast with my mum. She is having trouble sleeping as well.

My dad is back in ICU he still has septicaemia which is blood poisoning. He has had a stroke paralysing the entire left side of his body and impairing his brain functions. He can't speak and there is a chance he can't understand anyone else when they speak.

I don't really know what else to say.
