My dad has acute septasitis which basically means he has posion flowing through his entire body. He got this from the open woulnd in his chest thay have been doing his dialysis though instead of giving him the full opeartion. What really helped aand made me trust the doctors more though was that when they first heard about the throbbing agony in his shoulder they assumed it was goute. Goute only affects your Feet Hands abd Lower legs not your shoulders. 
He is in hospital and being pumped full of antibiotics to try and kill the infection they can't put him on dialysis because they will just flush the poison through his body even quicker. He can't sleep and is in constant pain and he is totally out of it unable to move or talk. He isn't in a stable condition and I think everyone in my family wants to hurt the doctors about now.
I have about 12 new sets to actually look at now.
