Once again, Time passes by!
A friend and I spent a great portion of last nite discussing our youths and our writings and writing styles. This led me to jump on SG this morning to go looking for some poem I had posted a while back. THIS led me to reading my blog.... every entry over the past 2 years of being on SG....
WOW! What else can you say other than wow!
So much change, yet the core is still the same!
Nereid and I..... sooo much in love as I'm sure we will be when we are in our 90s! (OK... me in my 90s her in her 80s lol)
I used to have a lot of fun with SG, and then that just seemed to slip away. There were some rather amusing blogs but for whatever reason I stopped... and it was mostly because I no longer liked SG. and now?.....
Time will tell as surely as it passes by!
So for anyone who still follows my blog, which with such a substantial absence I suspect is noone, here is pretty much an update.
I've been working up in Northern BC for the past two months... I'm heading home tomorrow... it's been hard on Nereid being alone for so long, but I think by the end she got used to it which I'm hoping for as I'm likely headed up to Peace River in a week or two til we head back to California. The transmission went in my truck up here... it has since been rebuilt, and I bought a new truck over the phone last nite... should be ready for me to pick up Tuesday morning.
The wonderful friendships we formed thru SG in the last 15 months all seem to have fallen apart. I can only hope Imperfectly and Maverik and Ali-bug are all doing well. I know I'll see Ali-bug again, but as for Imperfectly and Maverk.... may they find their happiness! I really do miss them!
Nereid and I have certainly had our share of fun with the 'Lifestyle' but I dont know... perhaps it's time for another dynamic change (tho I think that comes from the spring fever that comes with a gorgeous March day!) I haven't had time to complete those thoughts in my head yet... think I'll let them flow at their own pace.
Another amazing individual came into my life in the most unexpected of places.... I can only hope she remains in mine and Nereid's life for a very long time to come, even with the vast seperations of the sea!!!!
I'm a big believer in that some people enter our lives for a purpose... This girl is one of those people...
Well my mind is bogging down... time to sign off... we'll see if this relationship with SG is reborn, or just fleeting nostalgia!
