I said last time that I started doing some Internet writing, monetized, and I'm going to talk about that a little later; but I want to say this, and I hope it's not insulting, but when I'm burnt out on writing in-depth, serious articles on other sites, I come over here and write in this blog.
I am going to stay vague in this blog so I don't implicate anyone or anything that's better not to implicate; Internet has footprints. But I will say this much: I've worked on a piece that I'm writing and it requires photos. So, I enlist the help of some friends; one of them takes the pictures, her camera's better; when we're done she says she'll email those pictures to me right away; well, let's just say it hasn't happened yet, no email of pics yet. And she went on a trip. It's okay, I'll get back to her when she gets back. You know, it's one of those things, you got the energy going in that direction to get a project done, and then full stop...got to wait. Okay, so it's okay to wait.
What else? My housing situation has finally started settling down. Paying off the rest of some back rent at the end of the month. Relief to get that out of the way. Had been facing eviction, and a multitude of other worries in the housing arena. I know this much; when one problem is taken care of, it's typical for another one to arise. Going to have to coast and not dwell on it.
Hope all is well with anyone rare soul who actually reads my blog; and hope all is well with everyone else too.
Here's one I discovered many months ago, and go back to it periodically; I think this young woman has a beautiful voice and I like this cover quite a lot. Hope you enjoy.
