So, I was walking up my stairs today and noticed a gun in holster laying beneath the stairwell. Called the cops and had to stand there in the desert heat for an hour, guarding the firearm, since it is an area where kids play

When the police got here, they inspected it. Turns out it was loaded and had a round in the chamber. Crazy, glad it is gone now and was not found by a child.
