My mother had a heart attack last year.
She went to the Heart specialist on Monday because she was having trouble breathing, the ECG showed she was fine, but he booked her in for an angiagram on Wednesday. She went in Wednesday and one of her arteries was 93% blocked, if she hadn't have gone in, she would have had a heart attack next week that would have sdestroyed the bottom of her heart and killed her. She had 2 stints put in the artery. She has to go back in next Wednesday and have another stint put in a different artery that is 70% blocked.
Scary, but luckily she went in when she did.

My Dad had similar in his neck that caused his stroke, obviously they didnt catch it. Hope she is ok.
