family is doing a fine job of riding my healing nerves





they never seem to understand or know why they do it

this is far to much time for a grown man to spend around his parents

It's the holidays, and that's their job. As much as I love 'em, my time limit around mom and dad is less than a week, and everyone involved is better off that way.

Have a nice holiday and be sure to get out of the house a bit, if only for the sake of your sanity.
