Why is there so much month left at the end of my money?

Gah. It's been an expensive month, what with 100 of car tax for a start and now I have literally only pocket change to last me until the end of the month. Shite. I don't even have any money for petrol for next week to get to work. Hmm... I'll sort something out though.
Sadly Pinklet and I didn't make the Birmingham meet due to her being all illy, which was a real shame as we were both looking forward to seeing some of you lovely people again. We spent most of the weekend snuggled up watching films and the like, which was lovely anyway. It was kind of weird taking her home last night. I bet she missed my snoring too!
I'm hoping I don't have to work Friday or Monday, but there are rumblings that we might, due to the big changes going on at work at the moment. That would be utter arse. If it happens I'm going to try and convince my boss that I don't need to be there and will be available on my mobile if absolutely necessary.
What else? My housemate getting back together with her BF has one big advantage for me & my other housemate - they are working on the bathroom again so we may have a real shower soon! Yay! I'll be able to stand up and have a shower and everything! It's only been 2 fucking years... Downside is that the rent will go up once it's done, but that's more due to the increases in water, gas etc & she's held off putting it up until the bathroom is done, so I don't begrudge the raise.
It's kind of ironic, sometimes I need extra money to pay for something and something always turns up - My car needs repairs and I get a bonus paid. I need a new car and my boss offers me a loan to get one. My rent goes up and I get a pay rise at work. I sometimes think I'm unusually lucky like that, so is it wrong that I wish that just once, I'd get the money to spend on myself instead of some bill or other?
Hopefully, if things go to plan I will be buying a car from a friend of mine and it will leave me some money left over from the loan from work. I could really use a holiday...
I really wish I had money! There's so much I want to do at the moment. I want to see a few films at the cinema, I want to buy at least 5 albums, I want to get some new clothes, (I'm thinking about a slight shift in overall 'look',) and I'm fucking DESPERATE to get some new ink done as soon as I can - definitely getting a new tat done when I get paid and I'm also probably going to get my tits pierced again too.
Speaking of piercings, I bought 3mm rings to go up a size at the weekend, (it was a bad idea - it was 14 I really didn't have but the woman in the shop had already put them in a bag, so I felt I had to pay for them.) but I tried to use pliers to get the bar capture out so I could put them in last night and failed to open them! What a weakling...
I'm off to Em's tonight to sort out the security on their wireless internet - Em is convinced the whole street is piggybacking off their connection. In return I get paid with food.
Hopefully there might even be some booze on offer too.
Shit I just realised I've been walking around with my flies undone for the last 30 minutes.
