So, it's been something of a whirlwind over the last week or so. I've been spending most of my free time with Pinklet, as most of you could guess.
Friday night we went out with some of her workmates in Bath. Here's the first proper pic of us together:
Cute huh? I think I made a decent impression on her workmates too:

Well, work has been up and down of late. We've had internet outages a couple of times recently, despite the fact that we have 2 DSL lines going into a router that should switch over to the second line if one goes down. It hasn't been doing.
This means that I've had my boss jumping up and down on my head because he can't get his email. He's been more irritable than normal - there's something going on at our company. It looks like we're in for a major restructuring and it could mean bad news for a lot of people. I don't want to speculate any more, but from the bits I've picked up on, it's going to be a biggie. I won't be affected as such though.
Other than that, my friend Em is back from her 5 weeks in Honduras! Yay! We went for a walk into town on Sunday and discovered that neither of us had any money. At least I have a job though, it looks like she's come back off holiday to no job and also her & her BF didn't get on too well out there, so they're splitsville.
My housemate V broke up with her guy on Saturday, so I spent part of Saturday morning dispensing hugs and whatever sage advice or consolations I could think of. I got a text yesterday saying it was all sorted so I was rather glad I decided not to tell her I didn't really like him or the reasons why, just in case they got back together. For once my foresight was 20/20.
Going to see Pinks again tonight. That woman is as addictive as crack...
