Firstly - thanks for all the comments on my last blog and texts I received regarding it. Each message meant a lot to me and it's humbling to know that people think so well of you and are willing to offer support, especially when you don't always think that well of yourself. You are all wonderful people and I'm glad to know you.

What a great evening!
I went to see Kristoph's band last night and had a great time. As I walked in the pub was playing Worship and Tribute by Glassjaw - one of my favourite albums. I got a beer & met up with Kristoph and Zamuzel and got introduced to the Foundry and a few other people from the band. The pub had a bmx dvd on a big projector screen to watch. Then two of my friends turned up, who are both into bmx'ing so the dvd made them happy. My friend also had some greenery for me, which was nice. More beer was consumed. Then the pub put on The shape of punk to come by Refused - another of my favourite albums! More beer and a very attractive young lady sat opposite me in a kind of sexy samurai outift and inadvertantly showed off some cleavage, which only added to the awesomeness of the evening. Then I watched Kristoph & the band play and they were super good! He's promised to get me a cd and I'd recommend everyone give it a listen.
During my stagger home I bumped into a friend of a friend & he offered to give me a lift home - bonus! All in all a near-perfect evening!
The only reason it wasn't actually perfect was a) I had to work today and b) I didn't meet the girl of my dreams and fall mutually in love and end up spending the rest of the evening passionately entwined, but you can't have everything!
Tonight I'm meeting up with the wonderful Pinklet for, apparently, a girlie chat and possibly (probably,) drinks.
Tomorrow I'm meeting up with Zam and Kristoph again for more beverage consuming madness.
And then it's the weekend!
So much awesome I can barely cope, although really, I can cope just fine with awesome stuff.
Also I've moved into my own office at work after a big move around. I miss Neil, who is a good mate and funny guy, (he's just like Bernard from Black Books, including the fact that he's irish.) but it does mean I get a little privacy (which I use to write on here...
) and I can listen to my own music all day instead of almost constant radio 1 essential mixes put on by another guy in our old office, which drove me spare most of the time. Now I can put on Mastodon or Trivium or Glassjaw or Alexisonfire or whatever without having to worry that it's going to piss someone else off. Admittedly at the moment I have my dance playlist on, (Faithless, Chemical brothers etc,) as i'm feeling pretty energised, but that's good too.

Can you actually see the pic in my blog? All I'm getting is some strange thing saying 'members are seeing something interesting, whereas you're not'. Although I'm obviously a member as it's my fucking blog to begin with. Odd.
I got to see Cloverfield this evening, with most of the people from work who all worked on it. Fucking great film, loved it. Freaked out a little when my shot came on, but it looked really pretty good. The whole film was pretty ace, may well have to see it again.
How are things with you? All good I hope.
