Well I went for my tattoo today:
Quote of the day was from the tattooist when I rolled up my sleeve: "Fuck me, that's hairy!" After trying to shave it with a disposable, he resorted to scissors to trim it down first. Anyway it only took about 35 mins and cost me 80! And because one of the other artists couldn't come in due to her houseboat being flooded, I got the guy I had last time, who is awesome. Definitely going back for more from him.
After that I went to work only to find that the guy at our main site had his phone off and without him, I couldn't get in, so I thought sod it, I'm taking today off and drove to see the lovely Pinklet instead. Bless her, she's still ill. We had a walk around a park with very friendly squirrels - they came right up to you and would take things out of your hand. I did have a pic of Pinks trying to feed one but I stupidly managed to delete it when I was trying to copy it to my computer. You'd never believe I worked in IT huh?
Anyway we went and had some scrummy food - I had a cheese, mushroom and spinach crepe which was great and pinks had a mexican sweetcorn pie which she said was good too. I might have that next time.
Then it was time for Pinks to go home to recuperate from all that walking and chewing, (she's ill. Did I mention that?) and I came home. Going to play either guild wars or Half Life 2 Episode 1 (I finished HL2 last week - AWESOME game.) for a bit and then I've been invited over to E's for food later. Haven't seen her in ages, we usually hook up a few times each week but she's been busy working on websites to pay for her 5 week trip to Honduras. Nice.
