Well my three days off were great, even if I did get a bit bored on Thurs. Thurs evening I didn't meet up with B as she'd just had root canal surgery, (a fair excuse I feel!) so I ended up going out with S for a few.
Friday I went over to E's house and we did the usual drinking lots of wine thing and getting raucous that we usually do on a sat. Her 3 new housemates came over - D, who was very cool, SB, who is an ex of S's. I've met him a couple of times before and he's a top guy, and finally, C who came late as he was DJ'ing and arrived after we'd all gotten a little bit feral. It's possible we may have scared him off. E was saying she was going to look after him as he's the baby at 21 and I think she did it in such a great drunken way that he may have been a bit freaked.
Sat I hung out with S and Sun we both went over to E's for sunday lunch which was great and watched a film. S ended up staying over again last night - 3rd night in a row we've ended up crashing together.
Back to work today. Ugh. Already had loads of problems thrust at me.
The classic for today though was when the fire alarm went off so I went out to see what was going on and my boss turned to me and asked if it was a real fire or just a test.
I seriously considered telling him I'd check the server as it was obviously an IT issue.
*Edit* Oh and I did get my lip pierced on Thurs evening in the end. Yay!
