Been pretty busy, work has been fairly hectic, but I think I prefer it like that. Next week will be even busier because our Website manager is away and I'll have to cover part of his job. Woo!
Weds night I went round to E's house as she was feeling ill and wanted stroking (in a non sexual way,). I told her it was like having a friend and a pet all in one! Anyway she made me a meal so I can't complain.
Thurs she had an interview at our place for a graphics position we've got going, so I picked her up early and we drove in. She had a good interview and from what I've heard since she doesn't have much competition at the moment. It'd be really cool if she got the job. So afterwards I had to drive her back into Bristol, meaning another hour off work for me. She said she'd have to make me lots of meals to make up for my kindness in getting her the interview and driving her but as far as I'm concerned, that's what friends do for each other. I won't pass up an opportunity to sample her cooking at any point, however.
Last night I went over to S's to watch a film. I was wondering if we might end up having a repeat of Saturday's shenanigans but nothing happened. I didn't think it would happen but you never know.
When I went to E's on Wed, my housemate seemed dissapointed I was going. We've been a lot more tactile lately - nothing too forward but kind of sitting close together on the sofa and the other night she was kind of cuddled up to me and I had my arms on her legs, which my other housemate noticed and commented that it was more tactile than usual. Then that housemate gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek when she went to bed, which she does every now & then but not often.
I'm not sure what I'm doing at the moment but it seems to make the women around me want to cuddle up, which is nice. If I can figure out what it is I'm doing, I'll do it more...
