Went out for a drink with a guy I used to work with last night, (it was supposed to be 2 guys but one didn't show,) despite having fuck all in the bank. Spent a fiver on beer and playing pool. Totally worth it. It was good to catch up, even though we've caught up a little on Facebook recently.

Got home, chilled out a bit and then V came back with the girl that used to live in our house who is staying over for the next couple of days while she works here. She's very cute and shy. Damn I love shy girls.

Later that evening I got what appeared to be a drunken text from my cousin, which was odd in itself, but she said she was out with a friend and had been talking about how great she thinks I am, (my cousins are the closest thing I have to a brother and sister,) and could I send a pic so her friend could put a face to the name. This was very odd - it sounded like my cousin was trying to set me up with someone, which is fine except she lives a couple of hundred miles away. I'm going up there at the end of the month for my Grandma's 90th, so I'm wondering if I might get to meet this mystery girl who apparently, "much admires" me.

It's kind of crazy that I've been single a little while and had 3 women say they like me in the last week, none of whom I could get with for reasons of circumstance (boyfriends, distance or being my landlady.).

Anyway I'm off to the gym tonight as it's already paid for and therefore requires no additional expenditure.
