Yesterday was fun. I went to the gym for the first time - I had my induction a week ago and have been such a social whore this week that I haven't had chance to go until yesterday. I really enjoyed it too and I was careful to pace myself so I'm not a hairy ball of ache this morning.
Met my housemate on the way back for a couple of drinks in the sunshine. Nice. Then retired home, watched a bit of tv with both my housemates, then got bored and decided to read the 'Allen Carrs Easy way to stop smoking' book that E lent me.
Have now quit. Don't want to smoke anymore, especially now I'm starting to get more active again. I'm looking forward to being able to excercise and breathe at the same time.
Today is the skate jam fun day at St. George, which has a fun set of nice mellow bowls to pile around in, as well as other obstacles, so if you'll excuse me, I'm going to shave my head and then head on out!
