What a day, man. I got lost driving in SF [following mapquest directions! mad] and was real late to my dental appointment, but who cared cuz it was so super nice out!

I must be doing something funny with my gloves or when I'm hitting the bag cause my fingers hurt! I think it's either my jab or body blows cuz it's only my left hand, despite the fact that I cut a knuckle on my right hand. blackeyed
I think this cool kid I train with on Wednesdays has a crush on me. frown He's so nice and he's helping me out a lot, but hopefully I'm just reading it wrong. I am pretty dense when it comes to these things! confused

Jaysus H, I think if I want to go snowboarding on Friday, I might need to plan my work around that! Shoot, who does these things!! wink

Easy killa'! Gotsta be careful with yo hands!! If your gonna get pierced in SF I'd go to Body Manipulations. They have a good rep. I can't remember where it's at tho! 411, that's all I can tell ya! Or if your in the east bay, I've gotten my left nipple, tounge and industrial pierced at a little place in San Leandro called Orbit on E 14th across from tha mall. Don't be impatient! That's how I've gotten fuct up piercings mad then you gotta do it all over again mad

Try re-wraping your hands differently , it might stop the knuckle cuts (tighter usually helps but make sure your fingers are spread). keep your hands loose until a split second before the punch, that might help you finger pain. smile
