It could be some of my former vices. No more coffee or ciggies make me miserable Coffee has been replaced by tea, but I'm going to have to work on getting back to coffee. I'm trying to replace cigs with boxing and actual human beings.
I'll try to work on a "What I do have in life" list, I just need to melt my heart first and resist temptation to take a sledge hammer to it to increase the exposed surface area so that it melts faster.
