Allow me to display my nerd qualifications for a moment.
I'm hopelessly addicted to a game, a video game, and one not exactly what you might expect. World of Warcraft? No, I never even tried it. Guild Wars? Halo? Final Fantasy? No, no and not right now...
Fucking Lumines.
It's a simple puzzle game like Tetris, only ten million times better than Tetris to my mind, and it has completely consumed my existence... well... not quite, but it's getting there. I started a game last night at about 8:00 and when I finished... ONE game... it was after 11:00.
So... yeah. Dropping vistual blocks took up most of my Tuesday evening.
They know people are crack whores for this shit too because they release new levels and such on the Internet and you have to pay to download them. It's the same exact gameplay, but it looks and sounds different... and I buy them. I buy them all.
This is why I have never tried anything higher than pot and alcohol on the substance scale, 'cause when I like something I freaking bury myself in it and don't come up for air.
