Well, thanks to the cool guy from Verizon, I am finally back online and, hooray, my phone has a dial tone! I even got to talk to FFB after ages....it sure felt like ages. The Verizon guy deserves much credit, he was very patient with me not knowing what the heck I was talking about and all of my frustration. He even found my house! No one can ever find my house.

I worked for 30 years for the Major telecommunications company in my Region. I won't mention any names but it begans with "S". Even today as a retiree, I'm amazed what our customers have to go through trying to get set up. I have witnessed too many horror stories! Glad you're back.
