damn it feels good to be back. i was only gone for like a day, but i gotta say, props to captain midnight aka robster lobster for getting me my account back. there's a man who knows how to make a girl smile i'm tellen yah, anything that fruits from me being in here, i'm accrediting to robster. one love bruddah mon!

I must say that everything happens for a reason, and I think I needed that day away from SG to kinda think of other things. I'm proud of myself right now! I put together a Yoga workout routine from some deep research and alot of time on a powerpoint that i can follow along with. ahhhh so awesome. hehe. I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaack in the saddle again! hahaha rock on people. YAY!!!! so happy right now!
