Hello all!

So as you can see this is my first blog of the year and in a long time! I suppose I've spent my time settling in, it becomes easy to get absorbed in my new home, new life & new routine.

For those who do not know, I have moved countries, I am now living in the South West of France. There are parts of England/Manchester I will miss the food being one of them, it's strange the French are known so well for their food and it is fantastic but they are somewhat lacking in vegetarian options and where I live different options from different cultures. I have not eaten Chinese food since December because non of our local Chinese restaurants have one single vegetarian option!

That aside I am so happy, the countryside is vast and beautiful, I spend most weekends hiking in the mountains with my dog & partner. We have found a home on the edge of the Pyrenees and are slowly going through the paperwork. This house is everything I have ever dreamed of, old farm house with exposed beams, fields, stables its own mini forest, beautiful outdoor terrace, mountain views and hikes from our doorstep.
