So I don't believe in long distance relationships and I insist that I'm not in one but I've got a really good girl that loves me and I can't deny that I love her too......
Today it hit me as I was talking to her that one of the main reasons why long distance realtionships don't work is because of all the rules and guidlines that people have to follow in order to keep the trust between partners.
She's 18 and in January she will be attending her first semester at a film school in LA. I can recall that my freshman year in college, away from my parents, was such an influential year and is so important to the growth of a young man/woman. I could not in good conscience deny her that experience by trying to pin her to a long distance relationship.
I left her about two weeks ago and I think about her every day. I live in Florida now and she's currently in Albuquerque. I had to consider myself before i left too. What I mean by that is that I moved here to Orlando and I knew that I would be meeting a bunch of new people, including girls, so i wasn't about to come out here tied to a longdistant relationship.
Since I've been here I've realized a few things........1. I love her 2. all these other girls might be nice to look at but they're not her 3. I want her and only her, she's the most grounded wonderful girl I've met.
Well I'm tired now and I got a long day tomorrow, until next time...........
