Happy Belated Birthday
Happy Fourth of July America!
I know sometimes people give America a hard time. America is a beautiful country (thankyouverymuchbritishcolumbians) filled with some really beautiful people. Contrary to what Axel Rose says, 1 bad apple (or 2, or 3, or 30,000) doesn't spoil the whole darn bunch.

Meanwhile, back in Canada...
It was our birthday! 144 years young! We went to the beach (don't swim in the water too long, don't eat the fish too much) and met a lovely young bartender who was much cuter than any button, free poured drinks (= heavy on the booze) and had an adorable smile!
That's my better half's mohawk spiked in salute and painted till it was harder than the Canadian Shield.
